We are proud of our discreet delivery service and charge a flat fee of £3.99 per order.
Order multiple items together and you’ll only ever pay for one lot of delivery.
We deliver to customers within mainland UK via Royal Mail.
All items are sent in discreet plain packaging with no indication of what’s inside, giving you peace of mind that no one in your household (or even the postman) will know where your parcel has come from or what’s inside. There are no markings on the packaging to say that your item has come from us, so it’ll all be our little secret.
General items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class which is a Trackable service that will require a signature upon arrival.
Goods that are In-Stock are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 2-3* days on general items.
If no-one is in to sign for the delivery then it will be held at your local Royal Mail depot for 7 days for you to collect or rearrange delivery for an alternative day.
If by rare chance, we are out of stock of an item that you have already purchased, then we would expect to dispatch the goods in around 10-14 days but realistically this is much quicker. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
*Delays with Royal Mail beyond our control may cause delivery times to change and be extended. We cannot make any guarantees for delivery before Christmas, Valentine’s Day etc so we recommend ordering in advance.
Returns & Faulty Items:
Returning A Product by Choice:
If you have changed your mind about the product you have brought, then you may return it, providing the following terms are met:
- The goods must be unused AND unopened due to Health and Safety.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received them.
- The Buyer will be liable for any return postage costs, which are non-refundable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods and offer no refund or exchange.
Returning a Faulty Item:
If you have received any goods that are in a faulty/broken status then you may return the goods and receive a like-for-like exchange of the product or a Full Refund. Faulty items need to be posted back, or notified to us via email within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
